I checked in ~/.CloudStation/CloudStatio.app/images/tray and they seem to all be there - they just don't show. Similar articles are identified through a set of keywords so this might not be 100% accurate, but I hope this can interest you.

When you say installing in this way is for advance users are you referring to the terminal method? A wrong move here could trash your system.
