My laptop was running fine then all of the sudden it started lagging and using 98% of the CPU. When I log in, everything is fine, everything is very smooth and even faster than when I used Windows 7, but after a few minutes my CPU becomes locked at ~99%, Under normal conditions, multiple instances of Svchost.exe will be running simultaneously.
